Case Study
In June of 2024, real estate development firm Kitson & Partners, developers of the innovative master-planned community Babcock Ranch, hosted a resident feedback event with its new partner, Tampa General Hospital, to seek feedback from residents regarding their needs and preferences for healthcare at Babcock Ranch.
Home Impact Partners was engaged to gather resident data and foster dialogue through an interactive 90-minute session with over 100 residents in attendance, during which residents provided their opinions with regard to the importance of certain health conditions, healthcare services, and healthcare qualities.
The information gathered from residents will be used to drive strategic decisions regarding Tampa General Hospital’s healthcare services at Babcock Ranch, and the event also generated significant positive feedback from Babcock Ranch residents, including quotes such as:
“Great data gathering techniques.”
